PHONE SUPPORT is available to you from 9:00A-5:00P Monday-Friday. Currently this service is free of charge to all who have purchased their computer system from us. An hourly charge is incurred to those that require support and have not purchased through Fred's Micro. If you have not purchased from us it is our policy that you bring the system in for support rather than phone support.
ON-SITE SUPPORT is available to all customers and non-customers in Southern Minnesota. You will incur a charge for the trip and an hourly charge for labor. Call for details.
